In this project, I led sales administration and event coordination for a prominent medical supplier. From the very beginning, I understood the impact and responsibility I held for both our internal team and our external partners and customers. My primary objective was clear: to ensure a seamless coordination of customer visits, masterclasses, and conferences, while overseeing various sales-related activities and creating new opportunities to boost customer engagement.

Coordinating Customer Visits, Masterclasses, and Conferences

When I began this project, I quickly realized the invaluable role of personal interaction in this industry. I developed a dynamic schedule for customer visits, ensuring each one ran smoothly. I organized multiple masterclasses and conferences tailored to the specific needs of our clients and their fields. These events required meticulous planning and a highly detailed approach, and I took charge of every aspect—from venue selection and registration to logistics and catering.

Organizing these events was more than just practical planning; I collaborated closely with the experts on our team to craft programs that delivered real value to our customers. This often meant personally guiding clients and connecting them with our product and medical specialists, giving them a deep insight into our products and their applications.

Enhancing Communication Between Sales and Marketing

A key part of my role involved enhancing the communication and collaboration between the sales and marketing teams. By implementing regular meetings and clear communication protocols, I fostered an open dialogue that significantly improved alignment during customer events. This approach allowed us to engage with customers in a more unified way, elevating the overall customer experience.

Developing Marketing Materials and Promotional Campaigns

In addition to coordinating events, a large part of my focus was on developing marketing materials and launching promotional campaigns. I worked closely with the marketing team to ensure our materials aligned with our brand message and aesthetic. By creating both physical materials, like POS displays, and digital promotions, I ensured our products were always presented in a professional and impactful way.

The success of these campaigns was reflected in the numbers: we achieved a 3.4% increase in market share, directly attributed to the enhanced visibility and customer engagement driven by these promotions. It was incredibly rewarding to see how these efforts contributed directly to our standing in the market.

Managing POS Materials and Supporting Digital Projects

Another crucial aspect of my role was supporting the sales department with the creation and management of POS materials, both for direct sales environments and events. From developing display materials to distributing them across various locations, I ensured our resources were always up-to-date and readily available.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to be involved in various digital projects that strengthened the company's outreach and customer relationships. This included setting up online campaigns, assisting with website updates, and creating digital content. By contributing to these projects, I helped expand and deepen the connection with our customers in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Results and Impact

Through this project, I not only honed my organizational skills and marketing experience but also achieved tangible results that directly supported the company's growth. I saw the impact of my work every day, both in the metrics and in the positive feedback from clients and colleagues. This project reaffirmed for me the importance of attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-focused communication in the medical sector.
